While my time at KSMU shaped me as a journalist, my mission goes beyond one newsroom. I continue to work toward creating platforms for free speech, covering issues that matter, and mentoring the next generation of journalists—especially those from conflict zones who, like me, dream of a world where stories can be told without fear.
- Reza Hussaini is a journalist, reporter, and media contributor covering stories on human rights, press freedom, conflict, and global affairs. His work spans radio, digital media, and independent research, delivering impactful storytelling across multiple platforms.
- As a contributor to NPR’s KSMU Radio, Reza has covered topics ranging from local and international news to investigative journalism and cultural reporting. His experience at KSMU/NPR has helped shape his reporting approach, emphasizing accuracy, in-depth analysis, and storytelling that gives voice to untold stories.
- Beyond radio journalism, Reza continues to work as a freelance journalist and media analyst, publishing reports on social media, independent platforms, and research projects. His focus remains on documenting stories that matter, advocating for press freedom, and amplifying voices that are often unheard.
